No observations noted.

0901490REL - Conversion of barn to dwelling and demolition of existing building labelled unit 1 and existing brick store (replacement of 0604143LBC). The Old Roadside Barn, The Maltings, Alconbury.
It was agreed that this could be sent with no observation towards either recommending approval or refusal of application. There were, however, points made that the council wanted taken into consideration if the application was to be approved. These were the sewerage problems in The Maltings and also it was requested that there be proper street lighting installed along The Maltings too.

0901489REP - Conversion of barn to dwelling and erection of four dwellings (replacement of planning permission 0602943) - The Old Roadside Barn, The Maltings. Comments to HDC by 16th December.
This was the same as the application 0901490REL.There was no decision to recommend or dismiss the application, however the same observations were made with regard to sewerage and lighting.
