Mr Watson expressed a prejudicial interest in application number 0800349FUL as he had been instrumental in its preparation.

3. New Planning Application:
0800572FUL – Erection of dwelling and garage – land adjacent 1, Globe Lane
It was felt that a dwelling on the corner of Globe Lane and The Great North Road would create the appearance of overcrowding and restrict what is now an open space with good visibility on a busy junction. The opinion of residents stated in the Parish Plan - strongly in favour of no further development in the village - should also be taken into account. Recommend refusal.

0800349FUL – Change of use from agricultural land to recreational use (including multi use games area and additional car parking area) – Great North Road.

These were amended plans only in order to provide additional car parking area and did not require a response. No comments made.
